Q: Where do your products ship from?

A: Our products ship directly from China. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to process and 7-14 business days to arrive in the United States.

Q: What size pets are your products made for?

A: Pet Totes are designed for small dogs and cats. Please check each product page for specific dimensions before ordering.

Q: How should I clean a Pet Tote?

A: We recommend wiping the surface clean with a soft damp cloth. Machine washing is not recommended.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?

A: For United States orders valued at $800 or less, customs duties are generally not required. If any import taxes or duties apply, they are the customer's responsibility.
