Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: wagmade launches in the United Kingdom first. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation, with tracked shipping and real-time tracking once your order is dispatched.

Q: What size pets are your products made for?

A: Our pet carriers are designed for small dogs and cats. Please check each product page for specific dimensions before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, email us with your pet's weight, length and height and we will help you compare. Read our Fit & Use Guide before choosing.

Q: How should I clean a Pet Tote?

A: We recommend wiping the surface clean with a soft damp cloth. Machine washing is not recommended. Air dry fully before storing.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Yes. Changed your mind? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send the item back within 14 days — return postage is yours to arrange. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you, and verified quality issues do not need to be sent back. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?

A: Not at the moment — we currently deliver to UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland and Wales) only. If we expand, we will update this page.
