Shipping policy

wagmade currently delivers to UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland and Wales) with tracked shipping. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or addresses outside our delivery area — checkout will confirm whether we can deliver to your address.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 7 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Tracking

Tracked shipping with real-time tracking. Once your order is dispatched we email a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Orders are generally sent with 4PX tracked service.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is free for UK mainland orders of £80 or more. For orders below £80, standard tracked shipping is £6.99. The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout.

Delivery and delays

We don't promise a specific arrival date — delivery times vary. If your tracking shows no movement, or anything looks wrong, email us and we will chase it with the carrier and keep you updated.
