Every wagmade item is covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Verified warranty claims are replaced free of charge — no return shipping needed.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a quality issue, we will make it right at no cost to you — and for verified claims we do not ask you to send the item back. Where a return is needed, we cover the return postage.
