This website is operated under the trade name wagmade by LUMA COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17293249). Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. The brand is operated from Shenzhen.

UK launch and delivery

wagmade launches in the United Kingdom first. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation. Tracked shipping with real-time tracking once your order is dispatched. Orders are generally sent with 4PX tracked service and a tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Prices and VAT

For UK customers, products are displayed in GBP and UK product prices are VAT-inclusive (inc. VAT). Where shown, the product price is £89 and the £80 free-shipping threshold is VAT-inclusive.

UK consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law. If you are a UK consumer buying at a distance, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period in which to cancel after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Returns and exchanges

Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Warranty

wagmade products are covered by a one-year warranty. For damage not caused by human action, we provide a free replacement. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the damaged product, and the replacement will be shipped free of charge.
