Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. To cancel, simply email us at wagmade888@gmail.com with your order number — a short message is enough, or you can use the cancellation form below.

Once you tell us you want to cancel, please send the item back within 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation, including the standard delivery charge you paid. We refund using the same payment method you used, and we may hold the refund until we receive the item back or you show us proof of return.

Our 30-day returns — extra to your statutory rights

We also accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if you have simply changed your mind. Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. For verified quality issues we do not ask you to return the item — a photo or short video is usually all we need. Where a return is needed, we cover the return postage.

1-year warranty

Every wagmade item is covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Verified warranty claims are replaced free of charge — no return shipping needed. See our Warranty page for details.

Changed your mind — return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is arranged and paid by you. In some cases we may offer a partial refund to keep the item — ask us and we will see what we can do.

How to start a return or cancellation

Email wagmade888@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We reply within 24–48 hours on business days, directly from the owner. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — if a return is needed, we will provide the return address by email.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of your cancellation (or, for 30-day returns, within 14 days of receiving your request or your return). This is in line with UK consumer law.

Custom and personalised items

Custom or personalised items can't be returned if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
