wagmade launches in the United Kingdom first, with tracked delivery to UK addresses.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.

Tracking

Tracked shipping with real-time tracking once your order is dispatched.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is free for UK orders of £80 or more. For orders below £80, the available tracked shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are generally sent with 4PX tracked service. When your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow the package.

Shipping area

The United Kingdom is our first launch market. At this stage, we ship to UK addresses where checkout is available.

International duties and taxes

If destinations outside the UK, including the EU or United States, are enabled at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery without requiring a reason.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping. If the issue is a product quality problem, the seller covers return shipping.
